It is the penalty imposed by the first referee to punish any member of the team who behaves rudely during the match by acting against the principles of decency and morality or using insulting expressions, by calling the team member concerned or the captain of the game and showing a red card in one hand for all to see. As a result of the penalty, the opponent is awarded a point and has the right to serve.
ihtar (🇹🇷)
Başhakemin, maç sırasında terbiye ve ahlak prensiplerine aykırı hareket veya aşağılayıcı ifade kullanma şeklinde kaba davranışta bulunan takımın herhangi bir üyesini cezalandırmak için ilgili takım üyesini veya oyundaki kaptanı çağırarak herkesin göreceği bir şekilde tek elinde kırmızı kart göstererek uyguladığı cezadır. Ceza neticesinde rakibe bir sayı verilir ve servis atma hakkı rakibe geçer.

È una sanzione applicata dall'arbitro principale chiamando il membro della squadra interessato o il capitano in campo e mostrando un cartellino rosso in modo visibile a tutti, per punire qualsiasi membro della squadra che si comporta in modo scorretto o usa espressioni offensive durante la partita, violando i principi di disciplina e moralità. Come risultato della penalità, viene assegnato un punto alla squadra avversaria e il diritto di servire passa alla squadra avversaria.
