A referee who sits at the writing desk opposite the first referee and in coordination with the assistant referee performs the limited tasks specified in the instructions. Before the match, they are responsible for checking the team lists and completing the preparation of the match sheet, recording the points scored by the teams, substitutions made, sanctions imposed, etc. on the match sheet, writing and signing the result of the match at the end of the match and obtaining the signatures of the team captains and other referees.

Başhakemin karşısında yazı masasında oturarak yardımcı hakemle koordineli bir şekilde talimatlarla belirlenen sınırlı görevleri yapan hakemdir. Maç öncesinde takım listelerinin kontrolü ve müsabaka cetvelinin hazırlanması aşamalarını tamamlama, maç sırasında takımlar tarafından alınan sayıları, yapılan oyuncu değişikliklerini ve uygulanan yaptırımları vb. olayları müsabaka cetveline işleme, maç sonunda maçın sonucunu yazarak imzalama ve takım kaptanları ile diğer hakemlerin imzalarını alma görevlerini yerine getirir.

L'arbitro che siede al tavolo di fronte all'arbitro principale e svolge compiti limitati stabiliti dalle istruzioni in coordinamento con il secondo arbitro. Prima della partita, completa il controllo delle liste delle squadre e la preparazione del referto di gara; durante la partita, registra sul referto i punti segnati dalle squadre, le sostituzioni dei giocatori, le sanzioni applicate, ecc.; alla fine della partita, scrive il risultato, firma e raccoglie le firme dei capitani delle squadre e degli altri arbitri.
