These are the people who have duties such as ensuring that the competitions and the organization are carried out within the provisions of the legislation and the rules of the game, correcting the problems they detect in the organization, writing the uncorrected problems in the report, following the referees in charge of the competition, and evaluating the performance of the referees.

Müsabakaların ve organizasyonun mevzuat hükümleri ve oyun kuralları dâhilinde yürütülmesini sağlamak, organizasyonda tespit ettikleri aksaklıkları düzelttirmek, düzeltilmeyen aksaklıkları rapora yazmak, müsabakada görevli hakemleri takip etmek, hakemlerin performans değerlendirmesini yapmak gibi görevleri olan kişilerdir.

Sono le persone responsabili di garantire che le partite e l'organizzazione si svolgano secondo le disposizioni normative e le regole del gioco, di far correggere le irregolarità riscontrate nell'organizzazione, di riportare le irregolarità non corrette, di monitorare gli arbitri in servizio e di valutare le prestazioni degli arbitri.
